Hunting happiness

The month of October always carries with it a blanket of sadness for me.
1: it's starting to get cold. I love 100 degree weather. Warm = happy for me
2: Hunting season. I turn into what many other wives refer to as a hunting widow. Being with Wally =happiness.

But for wally October = Hunting heaven of happiness. He loves it. That really is a understatement. Hunting becomes his way of life. His eyes sparkle and get all excited. He is always grinning. He becomes a excessive reader of hunting magazines. He suddenly becomes a early riser. It's fun to see him turn into a anxious little boy. It's like Christmas.

Seeing Wally happy=Makes up for it all.

Below is Wally with his limit of geese. (in my garage GROSS)
Kissing the geese goodnight

One late night i let Cole stay up till daddy got home. He was so tired that he fell asleep in his highchair. (That's never happened)

Lu Lu! I love your blog. Although you are sharing about your loneliness during hunting season you still make me laugh and know that you are just a happy person at any time.

Lu Lu's humor = Ann Marie is happy!

Wally I am just glad to see that you are knocking them down now and not letting those geese go free like the last time we went.
